Size Guide and Exchange Policy

Because every item is individually hand-dyed and goes through an intense hot-water wash cycle, the original factory tags no longer match the real sizes.

To guarantee a perfect fit, I measure every single item after it is washed and determine its true size. I have typed its actual classification (Small, Medium, Large, etc.) right onto the front-view picture. Please look at the image to see what size this specific item fits like.

How to check your size:
Find your favorite fitting garment at home, lay it flat, and measure the width (armpit-to-armpit) from seam to seam. Match your width dimensions to my size classifications below.

(Note on Lengths: Due to different fabric batches and shrinkage patterns, lengths can vary by 1 to 2 inches. Some shirts may sit slightly shorter/boxier, and ribbed tank tops naturally rest a few inches longer flat).

Standard T-Shirt Measurements:
• Small: 18"–19" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 27"–29")
• Medium: 20"–21" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 28"–29")
• Large: 22"–23" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 29"–30")
• X-Large: 24"–25" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 30"–31")
• 2X: 26"–27" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 31"–32")
• 3X: 28"–29" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 32"–33")
• 4X: 30"–31" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 34")
• 5X: 32"–33" Pit-to-Pit Width (Length averages 35")

Ribbed Tank Top Measurements:
(Note: Ribbed fabric is highly elastic and measures narrower flat than a T-shirt because it stretches to fit your body comfortably!)
• Small: 11"–11.5" Flat Width (Stretches to fit 34"–36" Chest)
• Medium: 12"–12.5" Flat Width (Stretches to fit 38"–40" Chest)
• Large: 13"–13.5" Flat Width (Stretches to fit 42"–44" Chest)
• X-Large: 14.5"–15" Flat Width (Stretches to fit 46"–48" Chest)
• 2X: 16"–16.5" Flat Width (Stretches to fit 50"–52" Chest)
• 3X: 17.5"–18.5" Flat Width (Stretches to fit 54"–56" Chest)

Because I have already fully shrunk these garments during my washing process, the size you buy today is exactly how it will fit forever. It will not shrink any further in your laundry!

I want you to love your shirt and feel comfortable wearing it. I won't be a jerk about exchanges! If the fit isn't quite right when it arrives, just reach out to me within 14 days of delivery via my contact page at myskully.com.

As long as the item is unworn and in its original condition, I am happy to swap it for a different size if I have it in stock, or work out a solution with you. Because I run this shop entirely by myself, the buyer just covers the return shipping back to me.
